The petitioner is the accused in Crime No.451 of 2018 on the file of the Rajendra Nagar Police Station, Cyberabad District. The crime registered is for the offences punishable under Section 354 IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the bail application averments, F.I.R. and the dismissal order in Crl.M.P.No.1439 of 2018 dated 20.04.2018 passed by the learned XIII Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad. 3.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail from the F.I.R. contents. Leave about the liberty of petitioner for surrendering and moving for regular bail to consider. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of in the factual scenario with a direction to the police if at all any arrest is required, they strictly follow Section 41-A Cr.P.C. and the guidelines of the Apex Court in Arnesh Kumar v. State of Bihar1.
