1 This petition is filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C seeking to withdraw S.C.No.513 of 2012 pending on the file of the Court of the III Additional District & Sessions Judge, Gadwal and transfer the same to any other competent Court at Vanaparthy, Mahabubnagar district.

2 At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner (A.3) as well as the 1st respondent, in one voice, submitted that the Sessions Case may be transferred from the Court of the III Additional District & Sessions Judge, Gadwal to the Court of the I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Mahabubnagar. 3 In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner (A.3) as well as the 1st respondent, S.C.No.513 of 2012 pending on the file of the Court of the III Additional District & Sessions Judge, Gadwal is withdrawn from the file of the said Court and transferred to the Court of the I Additional District & Sessions Judge, Mahabubnagar for disposal in accordance with law. 4 Accordingly the petition is allowed.
