This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ third party, requesting to direct the learned XXV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, to dispose of I.A.No.611 of 2018 in O.S.No.852 of 2017 expeditiously.

2) Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the record.

3) Learned counsel for the petitioner/ third party would contend that the revision petitioner, who is the sister of respondent No.1/ plaintiff filed the subject Interlocutory Application in the month of February, 2018 seeking to implead her as defendant No.2 but the said Interlocutory Application is not yet disposed of by the Court below. It is further contended that the revision petitioner is a necessary party to the subject suit, which is filed for partition and separate possession of the suit schedule properties and ultimately prayed to direct the Court below to dispose of the subject Interlocutory Application expeditiously.

4) On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 herein/ plaintiff conceded the request of the petitioner/ third party to direct the Court below to dispose of the subject I.A.No.611 of 2018, expeditiously.

5) In view of the submissions made above, the Court below is directed to dispose of the subject I.A.No.611 of 2018 within a period of three(3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6) With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
