SMT. JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.6890 of 2013 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.155 of 2013 of Yellareddy Police Station, Nizamabad District, registered for the offence punishable under Section IPC, against the petitioner/accused.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the first respondent filed a memo stating that the final report was filed on 29.05.2015 referring the case as 'civil in nature' and therefore, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand dismissed.
