Bharadweaj Associates, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that in the light of the order dated 22.09.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.30793 of 2015, the present writ petition also requires to be dismissed. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the court below, if necessary, with a suitable application for discharge. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
