A perusal of the common order dated 01.12.2010 in W.P.No.29446 of 2010 & batch goes to show that the lis in this writ petition has already been decided in the above batch of writ petitions, which is relied on by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation.
Following the reasons alike in the common order dated 01.12.2010 in W.P.No.29446 of 2010 & batch, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
