Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioner claims to be owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac. 4.00 guntas in survey No.49, Hanmapuru village, Peddemul mandal, Vikarabad district, claimed to have purchased the same vide registered sale deed dated 12.4.2019. Petitioner made online application in prescribed form to mutate his name and the same was acknowledged by TSTS Ltd on 25.4.2019. Alleging inaction, this writ petition is filed.

Having regard to the fact that online application for mutation of name is already made and is stated to be pending, without entering into the merits of the matter, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 25.4.2019 and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
