When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology, on instructions, that the subject vehicle bearing No.AP-35-U-8577 has been produced before the learned Magistrate concerned in Cr.No.39 of 2018 of Yelamanchili Police Station, Visakhapatnam District. Therefore, keeping it open for the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the court of competent Magistrate for necessary relief under the provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
