THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.7793 of 2011 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners/A2 and A3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.791 of 2010 of II Metropolitan Magistrate, at L.B.Nagar, Cyberabad, arising out of Crime No.1159 of 2009 registered for the offence punishable under Section 498-A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the very purpose of filing the present criminal petition has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
