THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.5835 of 2018 ORDER:

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the question, which falls for consideration in this Petition, is squarely covered by the Common Order of this Court in Crl.P.No.9389 of 2017 and batch dt. 29.11.2017. Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Criminal Petition is allowed on the same lines to that of Crl.P.No.9389 of 2017 and batch dt. 29.11.2017.

With the above direction, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioners/ Accused Nos.4,6,7,8,11,12 and 16 in FIR No.60 of 2017 of Duttaluru Police Station, SPSR Nellore District, are quashed with a direction that the reasons and directions contained in the common order shall form part of this Order.

The Registry is directed to append the copy of Crl.P.No.9389 of 2017 and batch dt. 29.11.2017 to this petition. The miscellaneous petition, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
