This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not conducting the investigation in Cr.No. 978 of 2015 in a fair manner.

Today when the matter is called, learned Government Pleader on the basis of instructions submits that in this matter charge sheet was filed.

In view of filing of charge sheet in the above crime , no further orders need be passed in this writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
