This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 07.03.2018 in I.A.No.285 of 2018 in O.S.No.546 of 2008 on the file of the Court of IX Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
