This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioners-accused Nos.1 to 4, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.53 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Kothapet Police Station, Guntur Urban, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 506 and 509 of IPC. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted.
