- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.13118 OF 2010 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by returning the representation dated 13.05.2010 seeking the benefit of Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme, by letter dated 17.05.2010. By the said intimation petitioner was informed that he was granted 2nd ACP on 22.07.2004 and that he would be entitled to 3rd MACP only after completion of deferment period of 2nd ACP. 2.

When the matter is taken up Sri Gadi Praveen Kumar, learned counsel representing the respondents produced photo copy of the proceedings dated 05.11.2014 and 10.04.2015 whereunder petitioner was granted 3rd MACP scale.

Having regard to the benefits granted to the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the relief sought by the petitioner in the writ petition is granted and therefore, no further orders are required.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
