HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.26782 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard.

The petitioners state that they have already been issued pattadar pass books bearing Patta Nos.134, 135, 136 and 137. They also state that they have made an application before the 4th respondent on 25-02-2015 seeking issuance of E-pattadar pass books by enclosing all the documents. They also state that they have made a representation before the 3rd respondent for issuance of E-pattadar pass books and on their request, the 3rd respondent has also issued directions to the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's application and pass appropriate orders with reference to records. However, complaining that so far no action is taken by the 4th respondent, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the 4th respondent will look into the application of the petitioner and appropriate orders would be passed expeditiously. In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to examine the petitioner's application, as aforesaid, and pass appropriate orders, after examining the records, expeditiously, preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
