Sri Y. Ratnakar, learned counsel for the appellant, seeks permission to withdraw the present Appeal as it is settled outside Court.

Sri Tadakamalla Vinod Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent, also makes the same submission.

Hence, the present Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, as settled outside Court.

As a sequel there to miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the present Appeal shall stand closed.
