This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 02.07.2013 passed in I.A.No.786 of 2012 in O.S.No.354 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Srikakulam. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the civil revision petition.

Permission is granted.
