JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) While Sri V.S.R.Anjaneyulu, learned counsel for the appellants, has filed a letter before the Registry stating that the matter has been settled outside the Court and that he be permitted to withdraw the appeal, Sri V.B.Subrahmanyam, learned counsel for the respondent, denies any settlement having been entered into.
It is wholly unnecessary for us to examine whether or not the parties have settled the matter outside the Court, as the learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw the appeal.
The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
