1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner / A.1 in C.C.No.898 of 2009 on the file of the Court of the X Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad.

At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the present petition has become infructuous.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders need be passed in this petition. Accordingly this petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
