When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner submitted a representation on 16.04.2018 to the 2nd respondent but no action has been taken so far on the said representation. On the other hand, it is submitted by K.Lalita, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2, that if any such representation is pending consideration before the 2nd respondent, the same will be verified and appropriate Orders will be passed on the said representation strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent No.2 to verify the representation, dated 16.04.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and pass appropriate Orders on the said representation, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
