The petitioner is A1 among two accused in Crime No.147 of 2018 on the file of Sarpavaram Police Station, East Godavari District. The crime is registered on 22.04.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 307, 394 r/w 34 IPC and Sections 3(2)(v) and 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act , 2015 (for short, 'the Act').

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the bail application averments, F.I.R. and the material on record. 3.

A perusal of the record no way deserves the concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner-A1. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
