This appeal is preferred under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 by the petitioners challenging the judgment and award, dated 24.02.2006 passed in O.P.No.499 of 2005 on the file of the Chairman, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-II Additional District Judge, Warangal.

Learned counsel for the appellants submitted that he is not pressing the appeal.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellants, the Appeal is dismissed as not pressed. There shall be no order as to costs.
