The petitioner challenges notice issued under Section 133(1)(b) of Cr.P.C.

On 23.05.2018, the petitioner has given detailed explanation as to how the allegation of nuisance made against the petitioner is untenable and also prayed for withdrawing notice. This Court is not inclined to get into the merits of the matter. However, the petitioner since has given reply, to meet the ends of justice, directs the 4th respondent to pass orders on the show-cause notice dated 17.05.2018 within one week from today. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
