THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRTMINAL PETITION No.6866 of 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, t973, is filed by the petitioner/accused, seeking following relief :

"to quash C.C.No.16 of 2Ol7 on the file of Court of IX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad and pass such other order or orders..."

Heard. Perused the record.

The petitioner filed this criminal petition aggrieved by the order, dated 16.12.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2565 of 2016 by the learned IX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, for taking cognizance of the offence under Section 379 of IpC when the police has closed the case against the petitioner. The learned Magistrate has given reasons for taking cognizance of the offence under Section 379 of IPC. The said order warrants no interference by this Court.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
