THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.7816 OF 2023 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail to the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3 in F.I.R.No.96 of 2023 on the file of Kadthal Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence under Section 306 r/w. 34 of IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondentState and perused the record. 3.

The petitioners herein are A-1 to A-3 who are accused of abetting suicide of the de-facto complainant's son. The allegation is that the deceased was addicted to cricket betting and borrowed amount from these petitioners for interest. These petitioners allegedly demanded to pay back the amount given by them at higher interest rates. Unable to bear the said

harassment, it is alleged that the deceased had committed suicide.

On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that charge sheet is already filed.

The allegation against these petitioners is that they were insisting to pay back the amount which was given as loan to the deceased. Since the investigation is complete and petitioners are in jail since 11.07.2023, this Court deems it appropriate to grant the relief of regular bail to the petitioners subject to following conditions: i) The petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3 shall execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of Judicial First Class Magistrate at Amangal, Cyberabad. ii) The petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3 after release shall appear before the concerned Court on every date of hearing.

iii) The petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed. Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
