ORDER:- Heard.
2. Petitioner complains of inaction on the part of the Tahsildar in spite of oral complaints relating to unauthorized bore well said to have been dug by respondent Nos.3 and 4. Present writ petition is filed requesting for a Mandamus to respondent No.2 to act on the complaint.
3. Admittedly, petitioner has not filed any written complaint before respondent No.2. Hence, the direction, as sought for, cannot be issued. If the petitioner is aggrieved, he is at liberty to make appropriate representation
before the Tahsildar, who shall look into it and take appropriate action as it warrants.
Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
