HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE T. RAJANI CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.154 of 2007 JUDGMENT: (ORAL) (Per Suresh Kumar Kait, J) Vide the present appeal, appellant/wife has challenged order dated 29.11.2006 passed in O.P.No.344 of 2004, whereby the said petition filed under Section 13 (1) (ia) (ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act, by the respondent/husband, for dissolution of marriage, has been allowed.

During pendency of the present appeal, the appellant and the respondent settled their disputes, which is evident by docket order dated 10.03.2018 passed in Crl.M.P.No.290 of 2013 in M.C.No.34 of 2005.

In the memorandum of undertaking, it is specifically stated that appellant has consented for withdrawal of the present appeal. In view of the same, the appeal is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the appeal stand closed.
