This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ A.1 to A.6 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.197 of 2018 of Ghatkesar Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 306 of IPC.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 02.04.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing respondent No.2/ State would submit that in the subject case, investigation is completed, charge sheet is filed before the IV Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.

Nagar on 14.11.2018, and P.R.C.No.23 of 2019 was assigned.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
