Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner's representation dt.10.06.2019 made to the 3rd respondent with regard to the implementation of the ORC issued by the 2nd respondent on 30.10.1992 in respect of the subject land has not been disposed by the 3rd respondent.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 3rd respondent will dispose of the said representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
