THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V. BHASKAR REDDY Writ Petition No.28681 of 2022 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted a letter dated 13.02.2023 to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad stating that his client intends to withdraw the writ petition. He further states that certain information has not been stated in the affidavit, and on this ground also, he intends to withdrawn the writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedies as available in law.

A perusal of the Docket Proceedings would go to show that no interim orders were granted in the writ petition by this Court.

In view of above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to petitioners to avail appropriate remedies as available in law. No costs.
