G.V.Srinivas v. G.V.Rama Rao
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.VENKATESHWARA REDDY CITY CIVIL COURT APPEAL No.246 of 2003 and CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.3901 of 2002 COMMON JUDGMENT:
None appears on behalf of revision petitioners and appellants. As per the proceedings dated 20.10.2022, the Registry is directed to list both the matters under the caption for dismissal. As the revision petitioners and appellants fail to pursue the matter and both the CRP and CCCA are pending since 2002 and 2003 respectively.
Therefore, in view of the proceedings dated 20.10.2022 in absence of the petitioner and appellants or proper representation on their behalf, I do not find any merits to adjourn the matter.
Accordingly, Civil Revision Petition and City Civil Court Appeal indicated above are dismissed for default for nonprosecution. In the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to the costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stands closed.
