This criminal petition is filed by accused No.2, under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., to grant pre arrest bail in Crime No.172 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Mills Colony Police Station, Warangal City.

At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor submit that during the pendency of this criminal petition, the petitioner was arrested. In view of the same, the matter has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.
