Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Limited grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that he is owner of land in agency area to an extent of Ac.2.14 guntas in Survey No. 115, Morampally Banjar village, Burgampahad mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudam district and has submitted application on 6.9.2019 to conduct survey by paying requisite fee and so far no action is taken. Hence, this writ petition 3.

Having regard to the fact that petitioner has already submitted application on 6.9.2019 to conduct survey, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, writ petition is disposed of directing 4th respondent-Tahsildar to consider the said application and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
