Learned counsel for the petitioner would represent that in view of the stay granted by this Court on 12.12.2014, investigation ought not to have been done.

However, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that final report was filed before the learned XIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad on 08.04.2015, requesting to close the case as 'false'. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner represented that the matter may be closed.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
