The petitioners are A1 & A3 in Crime No.17 of 2018 on the file of the Valetivari Palem Police Station, Prakasam District. The crime is registered for the offences punishable under Sections 493, 376, 417, 506, 323 IPC and Sections 3(1)(r)(s) and 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act , 2015 (for short, 'the Act'). 2.

Heard the learned counsel for petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the anticipatory bail application averments, case diary, F.I.R, and the order of regular bail obtained by A2 in Crl.M.P.No.60 of 2018 dated 02.05.2018 passed by the learned Special Judge for trial of cases under Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989cum-VII Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ongole (for short, 'the Act').

A perusal of the record shows that there is nothing to say the victim is a major and voluntarily left and married A1.

Having regard to the above and also from the bar under the provisions of the Act, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
