HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.18750 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents 1 to 3 in not carrying out the manual re-valuation of MBBS Final year answer scripts of the petitioner in the subject of 'General Medicine Paper 1 and 2' in exams held during January and February, 2018 as illegal and arbitrary and seeks direction to the respondents to undertake manual revaluation of the same.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri T.Nageshwar Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 to 3.

Since it is stated that representation is pending before the competent authority, it is for the competent authority to take action and dispose of the same.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits, the competent authority is directed to consider the representation dated 24-05-2018 of the petitioner in terms of judgment of this Court, dated 31-10-2016, passed in WP.No.26929 of 2016 and Batch.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
