The grievance of the petitioner is that respondents 3 and are not taking action on her complaint dated 31-03-2018. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on written instructions submits that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired into and the same was found to be of civil in nature. The said endorsement was served to the petitioner by way of notice dated 02-04-2018. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to avail alternate remedies available to her. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
