HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.19009 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Smt.S.A.V.Ratnam for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. The grievance is against inaction in disposing of representation dated 17.04.2018.

I have perused the representation and also the order of this Court in the earlier round of litigation in W.P.No.4595 of 2015 and the consequential steps taken by respondents for correction of entries. After taking note of the above circumstances, as a special case, though the representation was made on 17.04.2018, to meet the ends of justice, the Court directs respondents 3 and 4 to consider representation dated 17.04.2018 and pass orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. _____________ S. V. BHATT, J Dt: 11-06-2018 Prv
