This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.p.C. by petitioners/A 1 to .A3 seeking bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No.74 of 2022 on the hle of Atmakur (M) police !

t Station, Rachakonda, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376(21(n),417, 42O,323, 506 of Indian penal Code and under Sections 3( 1)(r)(s) , z(21(v), 3(21(va) of scheduled caste and Scheduled Tribes POA Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record. 3.

The present application is filed on \S.OZ.2O22 and thereafter the case has under gone several adjournments on the ground that compromise was effected in between the parties. This Court had granted order of not to arrest the petitioners/Accused. Further, according to the petitioners, the proceedings are still pending before the quash Court. In the said circumstances, I find no reasons to further extend the orders granted earlier.

Accordingly the present Criminal Petition is disposed of' However, the petitioners are at liberty to seek any remedy before the quash court.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
