RESPONOENTS Petition under Article 226 ol lhe Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of respondent Nos.4 to 7 and their subordinate authorities in repeatedly calling and summoning the petitioners and their family members to the 6th respondent Police Station, through Sri.Adinarayana, Head Constable (Mobile No.98664 71067) over phone, at the instance of 8th and 9th unofficial respondents, and interfering in the civil disputes relating to the agricultural lands admeasuring Ac.12.01 gts in Sy.Nos.
140 and 1 51 , situated at Gurramgudem Revenue Village, Chandrugonda Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, covered under Pattadar Passbook No.T27070090468, and Khata No 60206 and Pattadar Passbook No T27070090463, and Khata No.60200, desoite there being no cognizable offence or crime registered against the petitioners, as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction, violative of Articles 14,21 and 300-4 of the Constitution of lndia, and consequently direct respondent Nos.4 to 7 and their subordinate authorities, not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioners and 8th and 9th unofficial respondents and not to call, summon or harass the petitioners and their family members in respect of the agricultural lands admeasuring Ac.12.01 gts situated in Sy.Nos.

This Writ Petition is filed alleging interference :y respondents No.4 to 7, at the behest of respondents No.8 & 9, by summoning the petitioners and their family members to respondent No.6 Police Station, without there being any cognizable offence or crime registered against the petitioners 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and leamed Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for respondents No.1 to 6 3.
Leamed counsel for the petitioners submitted that the Head Constable of respondent No.6 Police Station has made several phone 1alls to the petitioners to appear before the police. It is submitted that
TMD,J wP 19119 2026 there is no cognizable offence or crime registered against the petitioners and therefore, the petitioners have not appeared before the police. It is submitted that the petitioners apprehend that they and their family members are being called to the police station only to settle the civil dispute between the petitioners and respondents No.8 and 9.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home has furnished a copy of the written instructions received by him, according to which, there was a complaint received against petitioner No.1 and pursuant thereto, the personnel of respondent No.6 have made phone calls to the petitioner No.l on 06.06.2026, 16.06.2026, 18.06.2026 and 21.06.2026 to appear before the Enquiry Officer'. However, petitioner No.l has not appeared before the Enquiry Officer and has not been cooperating with the enquiry.

Having regard to the above submissions, this Court deems it fit and proper to dispose of this Writ Petition with a direction to petitioner No.l to appear before the Enquiry Officer at respondent No.6 Police Station on 05.07.2026 at l1:00 A.M. for the purpose of
