This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order, dated 24.01.2013, passed in E.A.No.318 of 2012 in E.A.No.123 of 2012 in E.P.No.33 of 2012 in R.C.C.No.100 of 1999, by the Rent Controller, Visakhapatnam, whereby, the application was filed under Order XXI Rule 106 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 to restore E.A.No.123 of 2012 in E.P.No.33 of 2012 by setting aside the ex parte order, dated 20.09.2012, was dismissed.

As per the information received by this Court through e-courts website, E.P.No.33 of 2012 was disposed of on 02.07.2014 by the Junior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam, as such, the petition has become infructuous.
