This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents, in issuing Order No.112/8/5/ DEV/ACP/TPS/C8/GHMC/2015, dated 02.09.2015, for demolition of the illegal constructions in premises bearing Nos.5-8-165 & 5-8-165/1 to 5 situated at Nampally, Hyderabad, based on the judgment and decree, dated 19.08.2015, in OS.No.6393 of 2015, M/s.Bharadwaj Associates has addressed letter, dated 24.11.2015, requesting the Registry to post the Writ Petition under the caption 'for withdrawal'.

Today, at the hearing, Mr.Vedula Venkataramana, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners, submitted that his clients have filed an appeal against the judgment and decree, dated 19.08.2015, in OS.No.6393 of 2005 and secured an interim order of stay of all further proceedings in pursuance of the said judgment. He has, therefore, submitted that the cause, on which the present Writ Petition is filed, has become infructuous.

In the light of the above submissions, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 08-09-2015, is vacated and WPMP.Nos.37558 and 49236 of 2015 are disposed of as infructuous. ______________________ (C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy, J) Dt: 1st December, 2015
