This Civil Revision Petition, under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is filed by the petitioner/ Decree Holder, challenging the order, dated 20.08.2019, passed in EPSR No.246 of 2019, by the III Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, at Secunderabad.

Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner/ Decree Holder and perused the record. 3 .

Having argued for some time, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner/ Decree Holder submitted that the revision petitioner/ Decree Holder intends to file a fresh execution application to execute the decree passed in his favour. Under these circumstances, the revision petitioner/ Decree Holder is entitled to work out the remedies available to him under law. 4 .

With the above observation, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
