Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

2. This writ petition is filed seeking writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in issuing proceedings dated 20.02.2015 suspending the authorisation of the petitioner's Fair Price shop No.80 of Kannikapuram Village, Chittoor District, as illegal and arbitrary.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the shop of the petitioner was inspected by the Deputy Tahsildar (CS), Chittoor on 04.02.2015 along with his staff and submitted a report to the 3rd respondent alleging certain irregularities against the petitioner. Basing on the said report, the 3rd respondentRevenue Divisional Officer, Chittoor suspended the authorisation of the petitioner. The suspension order was passed on 20.02.2015. So far no enquiry was initiated against the petitioner for the purpose of passing final orders. Learned Government Pleader for Civil supplies submits that there are certain allegations against the petitioner and the order being one of the suspension pending enquiry, need not be interfered with.

Considering the submissions made by both sides and following the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court passed in WP MP No.343 of 2015 in WA No.118 of 2015, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to conduct enquiry against the petitioner and pass final orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous applications, if
