THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.18859 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, and Sri Nimmagadda Venkateswarlu, and Sri P.Nagendra Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.2 and 5 respectively.

The only grievance of the petitioner, in the present Writ Petition, is the alleged inaction on the part of the second respondent in taking further action, pursuant to the show cause notice, bearing Rc.No.834/2018/F1, dated 12.03.2018. On the complaint made by the petitioner herein the second respondent issued a show cause notice to the fifth respondent herein to submit an explanation.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the second respondent to take further action, pursuant to the show cause notice, bearing Rc.No.834/2018/F1, dated 12.03.2018, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
