The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to direct respondents Nos.4 to 7 to conduct investigation without any arrest. 2.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

It is stated in the affidavit that the son of the petitioner borrowed money from respondents Nos.8 to 11 and other creditors and subsequently, he filed IP showing respondents Nos.8 to 11 and other creditors as respondents therein. After receipt of summons in the IP, respondents Nos.8 to 11 made false complaints and on the basis of the said report, a crime was registered and the petitioner and his family members were shown as accused. Further, it is stated that respondents Nos.4 to 7 are insisting the petitioner to settle the claims of respondents Nos.8 to 11 and they are trying to arrest the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, respondents No.4 to 7 are directed not to interfere with the affairs of the petitioner and complete the investigation and file a report, if any case is registered against him, in accordance with law, without arresting the petitioner.
