Heard Sri B.Chandrasen Reddy for petitioner and Sri M.Subba Reddy for respondents.

The request of petitioner/ plaintiff to file following documents was rejected by the trial court.

1. Original copy of hand written statement by Pramodkumar Reddy (Defendant No.1) (2 pages).

2. Original copy of handwritten statement by Pramodkumar Reddy (Defendant No.1) (1 page).

3. Xerox copy of publicity by K.Rajeswar Reddy (D2) and Y.Prabhakar Reddy (Plaintiff) - 2 pages.

4. Xerox copy of 1st cheque issued by Kurnool Municipal Corporation, in favour of R.S.Reddy, Kurnool for Rs.5,78,333/ - vide cheque bearing No.247114 dated 26-12-2007.

5. Xerox copy of 2nd cheque issued by Kurnool Municipal Corporation, in favour of R.S.Reddy, Kurnool for Rs.3,05,309/ - vide cheque bearing No.247140 dated 19-02-2008."

Hence, the revision.

I have perused the order impugned in the revision. Firstly, the petitioner failed to make out tenable challenge against the findings recorded by the trial court. Secondly, I have perused the affidavit and the petition, after perusing the same, this court concurs with the findings recorded by the trial court. No case for interference with the order impugned in the revision is made out.

The revision fails and accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
