HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.18969 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioners allege interference of respondents 3 and 4 in civil disputes regarding Plot Nos 60 and 61 belongs to the petitioner No.1 and Plot No.40 of petitioner No.2 in Sy.No.29/A of Parvathapur Village, Peerajdiguda Municipality, Medipally Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District and summoning them to settle the same with respondents 5 and 6.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaints of the petitioners dated 25-05-2018, two crimes have been registered. It is further stated that the police are not interfering with the civil disputes and they have not summoned the petitioners except registering the crimes. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
