HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 16280 OF 2016 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

We have perused the prayer and the documents annexed to the writ petition. In our prima facie opinion, the writ petition is premature since no decision, till this date, has been taken contrary to the order/decision of final allocation of employees dated 13-11-2015 (annexure P-I).

Sri B. Mahender Reddy, learned Special Government Pleader for respondent No.1 submits that if respondent No.1 finds that final allocation is made, as stated in the order dated 13-011-2015, contrary to the modalities worked out, they shall follow the due procedure for revising the final list. His statement is recorded and accepted. In view of this statement, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the writ petition.

Writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.
