Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Contempt Case having regard to the fact that the interim order passed by this Court was modified in W.A.No.1400 of 2016 in order to pursue appropriate remedy.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
